Asphalt Seal Coat – 2 Coats
Periodically sealcoating your asphalt protects your investment and can double the life of your asphalt, protecting it from water penetration, ultraviolet attack, and chemical erosion. All asphalt will be cleaned prior to application of seal. We will apply two (2) coats of emulsion sealer (1-Squeegee & 2-Spray). Guaranteed free of defects for 1 year upon completion. Crack filling with seal coat. Non-working cracks, horizontal and/or vertical movements in the crack less than 0.1 inches, will also be sealed with this application, filling and treating the pavement that doesn’t show significant movement.
Asphalt Crack Seal
Interior Crack sealing is a method in which hot sealant is applied to working cracks to prevent water intrusion. Working cracks are horizontal and/or vertical movements in cracks greater than 0.1 inches. Crack sealants are rubberized and have the ability to seal the crack while staying flexible with the pavement’s movement. Beneficial for active cracks that continue to extend in size and severity over time, crack sealants stop water and debris from entering the crack, protecting the longevity of the pavement. (Cracks – Transverse, Longitudinal, Seam, Block, Reflective and Alligator cracking).
Asphalt Crack Seal
Exterior crack sealing is a method in which hot sealant is applied to “Edge Cracks” develop between the edge of the pavement and concrete curbs or water ways caused by seasonal thaw cycles, widening and deepening the crack. Crack sealants are rubberized and have the ability to seal the crack while staying flexible mitigating the size and severity over time, stopping water and debris from entering the crack.
Asphalt Remove & Replace – 3″ to 8″ R&R
Evaluate conditions that created the issues, review site grade to assess water drainage issues if any, saw cut & remove damaged pavement, evaluate condition of sub-base, add and compact new base as required, apply adequate tack for adhesion, install and compact hot mix asphalt and clean the repair area.
Asphalt New Pave – 3″ to 8″ NP/SB/Grade
Excavation, removal and disposal of existing material, review site grade to mitigate water drainage issues, evaluate condition of sub-base, add and compact new base as required, install and compact hot mix asphalt and clean the area.
Asphalt Overlay – 2″ AO
Install Two inches (2″) of New Asphalt. On top of existing asphalt only. Some leveling with application of asphalt skins may be required before application of the over lay. Lay and compact a minimum of 2″ of hot asphalt mix.
Asphalt Skin Patch-SP
Skin Patch involves laying on a thinner skin of asphalt without milling or grinding down the underlying layer. It is used to build up low areas prior to applying an overlay or seal coat.
